DIE CAST ALUMINIUM
High pressure die casting is a process for producing aluminum die cast kitchenware by forcing molten aluminum alloy under substantial pressure into reusable steel molds. Because die castings do not consist of separate parts welded or fastened together, the strength is that of the alloy rather than the joining process. Rapid injection and rapid solidification under pressure combine to produce a dense, fine-grain surface structure, which results in high thermal conductivity, excellent wear, anticorrosion and deformation-proof properties as well as strength at high temperatures.
